Roslyn M. Brock is a nationally recognized health policy and equity advocate, social justice leader, and noted public speaker. In 2010, she made history as the youngest person and fourth woman elected to serve as Chairman of the National Board of the NAACP, a position she held with distinction for seven years. She currently serves as Chief Global Equity Officer at Abt Associates and is the Founder and CEO of Equity Partnership Strategies, LLC, where she advises on community engagement, investment strategy, and risk mitigation. Her 30+ year career spans leadership roles in philanthropy, healthcare equity, and public policy across institutions like the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Bon Secours Mercy Health, and USAID.


A committed champion of youth leadership and global social impact, Brock founded the NAACP Leadership 500 Summit, which has raised nearly $2 million to support civil rights programs. She has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Coretta Scott King Award and Essence Magazine’s “40 Fierce and Fabulous Women.” A proud alumna of Kellogg, Brock holds multiple advanced degrees and honorary doctorates, and her guiding mantra, "Courage will not skip this generation!®", reflects her enduring dedication to empowering the next wave of transformational leaders.
