37TH ANNUAL BMA CONFERENCE

Welcome from the BMAC Co-Chairs

On behalf of the planning committee, it is our great pleasure to invite you to join the Black Management Association on October 28th, 2023, for the 37th Annual Black Management Association Conference: Money & Power: Closing the $3 Trillion Wealth Gap.

One of the starkest benchmarks of inequality in the US is the wealth gap for Black Americans. Money & Power will spotlight Black legacy builders who are trailblazing new, agile paths of leading organizations in the pursuit of closing the wealth gap. We will showcase the change makers who are redefining what success looks like across industries and how their impact is elevating their organizations and communities around them.

This year, we honor our keynote speakers, including esteemed alumna Nickol R. Hackett ’97 MBA - Chief Investment Officer at the Joyce Foundation, Darrel Hackett - US Chief Executive Officer of the BMO Financial Group, and Ryan Wilson - Co-Founder and CEO of The Gathering Spot. We are thrilled for these trailblazers to grace the Kellogg stage and inspire our audience with their career trajectories.

Across these pages, you will find registration information and additional details on this year’s programming. We hope you will join us for a day of rich conversation and community building at the Kellogg Global Hub.
