39TH ANNUAL BMA CONFERENCE
Welcome from the BMAC Co-Chairs
On behalf of the Black Management Association and the 39th Annual Conference planning committee, it is our honor to welcome you to the Kellogg Global Hub on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
As Kellogg’s longest-running student-led conference, BMAC has served as a platform for dialogue, inspiration, and action for nearly four decades. Each year, we bring together students, alumni, executives, and community leaders to exchange ideas and build connections that drive meaningful change.
This year’s theme, Pay Me in Equity: Exploring the Power of Opportunity and Ownership, reflects both a financial and social call to action. We aim to spark conversations that go beyond theory—equipping attendees with insights and tools to create pathways of ownership, representation, and shared prosperity in business and society.
Across these pages, you’ll find everything you need to engage with the conference—whether attending keynotes, participating in panels, networking with peers, or connecting with corporate partners. Our hope is that you leave energized, challenged, and inspired to shape the future with equity at the center.
We cannot wait to welcome you in October for a day of community, conversation, and change.
